How we Conduct Mediations

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, mediations are no longer restricted to an ‘in-person’ format. Instead, they are currently conducted online, by telephone, or if agreed as necessary, by a traditional ‘in-person’ option. As restrictions continue to be lifted, all modes of mediation will be available to the parties.
